OK, so we've been here not really devoting our full news/content forces mainly because of the simple fact that we do not currently have a website.
I have been working on a content management system / site management that is integrated with the forums, will provide a flowing information stream when our content creation/news following kicks in, and allow even the most inexperienced user to be able to contribute to the website.
The initial designs called for 3 or 4 separate websites, that would have no interaction except the user system and when something was really important an employee would move a content item from one website to another. About 6 months ago I realized this and continued on the development process of separate sites. Now that the ownership has changed once again, we have decided that it would actually be best to be able to inter-link and control all content through one single system rather than 3 or 4.
I am currently working on a new version of the entire system that will be able to be released open source, that means I'm going to have to clean up my code a little to suit proper programming skills rather than my ubiquitous "bob", "boba", "fred", "fredaaa" variables among other bad habits.
Just letting you all know. If you would like to participate in the design and development of the 5th version of the content/site manager thus far, please contact me firstname.lastname@example.org.
It should not be much longer until we have a site!
